On the former Deutsche Bank site, right in the center of the banking district, a spectacular high-rise complex with 4 high-rise buildings is being built — the FOUR Frankfurt. The four towers are accessed by a contiguous podium in the base area.

New construction of a residential district with around 1,000 residential units, 233 underground parking spaces and 381 outdoor parking spaces, a children's daycare center and commercial units. The construction on Saatwinkler Damm in Berlin-Reinickendorf will be carried out in seven construction phases.

With the ElbAir Service Center from Airbus, a five-storey building complex is being built, consisting of three parts of buildings of different building heights, which are arranged around a plaza.
