Auf dem ehemaligen Deutsche Bank Areal, mitten im Zentrum des Bankenviertels, entsteht ein spektakuläres Hochhausareal mit 4 Hochhäusern – das FOUR Frankfurt. Die vier Türme werden durch ein zusammenhängendes Podium im Sockelbereich erschlossen.

Neubau eines Wohnquartiers mit etwa 1.000 Wohneinheiten, 233 Tiefgaragenstellplätzen sowie 381 PKW-Stellplätzen im Außenbereich, einer Kindestagestätte und Gewerbeeinheiten. Die Errichtung erfolgt am Saatwinkler Damm in Berlin Reinickendorf in sieben Bauabschnitten.
