A former commercial building in Frankfurt-Rödelheim is being revitalized into modern living space through comprehensive renovation. High-quality finishes, diverse housing options, and a future-oriented energy concept combine the preservation of the existing structure with contemporary living.

Für Spacegenie realisierte HW den Neubau moderner Garagen- und Kleinlagerparks an vier Standorten: Gelsenkirchen, Bad Kreuznach, Baunatal und Kerpen. HW übernahm das Baucontrolling und die Bauüberwachung (LP 8) für insgesamt über 450 Drive-Up-Garagen und zahlreiche Business Units auf mehr als 47.000 m² Geschossfläche. Die Logistikkonzepte verbinden Funktionalität mit Ästhetik und bieten flexible, wirtschaftliche Nutzungsmöglichkeiten.

On the former Deutsche Bank site, right in the center of the banking district, a spectacular high-rise complex with 4 high-rise buildings is being built — the FOUR Frankfurt. The four towers are accessed by a contiguous podium in the base area.
