On the former Deutsche Bank site, right in the center of the banking district, a spectacular high-rise complex with 4 high-rise buildings is being built — the FOUR Frankfurt. The four towers are accessed by a contiguous podium in the base area.

New construction of a residential district with around 1,000 residential units, 233 underground parking spaces and 381 outdoor parking spaces, a children's daycare center and commercial units.
