• 2014 — 2019: Started as a working student in human resources, gaining initial insights and experience in HR work
• 2019 — 2023: Change to Finance & Controlling, deepening knowledge of financial processes and budget planning
• Since October 2023: working as a management consultant, close cooperation with the management

In 2014, I started as a working student in HR at HW. I mastered the challenge of putting theory into practice through targeted continuing education and the use of my expertise as a business lawyer. After moving to the financial sector, I also took on employment law tasks. I have been working as a management consultant since October 2023. The result: I am now a decisive interface between management, specialist areas and legal advice and contribute to the development of the company.

HW Ingenieure offers flat hierarchies, which enables me to take on responsibility directly and contribute ideas quickly. The good atmosphere in the team and the friendly colleagues, some of whom have become friends, create a pleasant and supportive working environment.
