• Start as a JPL right after graduation
• First project: Construction management BV Müggelstraße 15, individual contracting, LP6-LP8, hybrid timber construction
• Independent quality assurance (QA) for 2 projects, public limited liability company, residential construction
• Project manager (PL): Responsible for 3 projects simultaneously in QA
• Since 06/2024: SPL, participation in leading the QA team

In my role as project manager, I was unexpectedly faced with the challenge of supervising five projects instead of the usual three. One of the projects was already in the final phase, shortly before VOB approval, while the other projects went through various construction phases — from excavation to shell construction and completion.
In order to successfully overcome this situation, we reassembled the team and distributed the tasks according to clear priorities. Through targeted coordination and regular coordination within the team, the various project requirements were handled efficiently and the client was satisfactorily supported.

I always have to smile when I think of how challenging my very first construction meeting was many years ago. Now, of course, I run two of them a week and one has a completely different appearance than back then.

At HW, I particularly appreciate the close collaboration within the team: Everyone is open to questions and the exchange is always constructive. I am also very lucky to have two mentors at my side who have supported and promoted me throughout my journey.
