• Joined HW Ingenieure in 2015 as part of my bachelor thesis, accompanied by co-speaker Peter Fechner (then team leader Frankfurt am Main, now managing director)
• First challenge: Individual processing of 420 apartments as a junior project manager, together with colleague Oliver Wohlrab
• Actively involved in the development of the Frankfurt location: Start with 5 employees, today 23 employees
• Early assumption of management responsibility and active participation in site development in Frankfurt, later also in Düsseldorf and Munich
• Takeover of branch management in Frankfurt together with Oliver Wohlrab from 2022, as well as interim management for the Düsseldorf branch
• Successful implementation of numerous projects: including Frankenallee FFM, Mühlbachareal Offenburg, Spin Tower FFM, Four FFM, Weilburger Straße FFM and various tenant extensions in Frankfurt

My challenge: taking on management responsibility early on, building a team in line with HW culture

My journey: Close to employees, set an example and promote solidarity

My result: A strong team with the development of in-house employees

My journey with HW Ingenieure began in 2016 when, together with my colleague “Oli” and under the guidance of an experienced senior project manager, I took on responsibility for a major residential construction project. After two months, the senior project manager left the company. “Oli” and I continued the project successfully and took the opportunity to further develop our skills.

This challenge taught me to rely on my competence and to make decisions on my own responsibility. The result: sustainable and well-founded decisions that have proven effective over the long term.

For us, team spirit counts: flat hierarchies, open communication and mutual support. We get things done together, no one is too sorry for tasks — we grow together!
