2024 was a year full of milestones — characterized by innovative projects, strong partnerships and impressive successes. In Berlin, we are helping to shape the project “The New Garden Field”, one of the capital's most important urban districts. For Gewobag residential construction-joint-stock company berlin And at OIB, we take care of quality assurance during construction. Another highlight is Berlinovo Immobilien Gesellschaf's “Cecilienstraße”t. Here, we coordinate the use of innovative straw wall systems for STRAMENTEC GmbH.
Hamburg was characterized by transformation. We took over construction supervision for the new headquarters of OTTO and the Otto Group. With “goEast”, jobs for 1,600 employees were created on 25,000 square meters — a project for modern working environments.
With “FOUR” and “SPIN”, we are shaping two important construction projects in Frankfurt. “FOUR” impresses with four towers that connect apartments, offices and other amenities, including the highest office floor in Germany and a public garden 25 meters above sea level. “SPIN”, a 128-meter high hybrid building, impresses with its unusual shape and the mixed use of hotel and office. We are implementing both projects for Gross & Partner Grundstücksentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH.
Düsseldorf and Cologne also presented challenges, characterized by listed buildings and complex construction processes. In Düsseldorf, we are supporting the sustainable revitalization of “Georg-Glock-Straße 14” for the MOMENI Group. This project combines sophisticated architecture with efficient project management. In Cologne, we combine monument protection and modernization in the “Gerling-Quartier 2” project for Quantum Immobilien AG.
Another milestone was the opening of our new branch in Munich. This enabled us to strengthen our presence in southern Germany.
In 2024, we celebrated our 20th anniversary! Two decades of experience and growth — an occasion that we celebrated with the introduction of our new corporate identity.
A special moment of the year was our team event in Faschina. With our ECG partners, we strengthened the team spirit and won the tug-of-war.
Apart from our projects, one topic is also particularly important to us: the UPENDO Children's Village e.V. in Kenya. This project close to our hearts gives us valuable prospects.
